Payment, Delivery and Refunds

This is a convenience translation. The Russian version of this document is the legally binding one.

A brief overview of how to buy a digital product on the website https://pavlunin.com, when you will receive it and how to get your money back. The full terms are in the Public Offer.

What you are buying

Digital products are archives with materials in electronic form (checklists, templates, configurations, mini-courses, etc.). The contents, file format, version, license and price are listed on the page of each product in the “Products” section. There are no physical goods, and no shipping is required.

How to place an order

Open the product page and select a license, if there are several.
Enter your email — the download link will be sent to it — and a promo code, if you have one.
Check the box consenting to the processing of personal data and click “Pay”.
Pay for the order on the page of the Robokassa payment service.

The order is considered placed after payment. The price is fixed at the moment you proceed to payment and does not change afterwards.

Payment

Prices are listed in rubles on the product page, including applicable discounts. Not subject to VAT: the seller applies the professional income tax regime.
Payment is 100% in advance via Robokassa: by bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP) and by other methods shown on the payment page.
Card details are entered on Robokassa's side and are not transferred to the seller.
The receipt is issued under the law on the professional income tax (Federal Law No. 422-FZ) and sent to the buyer's email.

Delivery

Immediately after the bank confirms the payment (usually within seconds), the download link appears on the order page and is sent to the email address provided.
The link is valid for 30 days and leads to the current version of the archive — save the archive on your own device. Updates within the same major version (for example, 1.x) are free.
If the link has not arrived within an hour or has stopped working, write to vladimir@pavlunin.com with the email address used for the purchase — I will send a new link within 1 business day.
Delivery is free of charge; no delivery fee is charged.

Withdrawing from a purchase and refunds

You can withdraw from the purchase and get the full price back within 14 calendar days from the date of payment — without giving any reason. After 14 days, the money is refunded if the archive cannot be opened or does not match the description on the site and this has not been fixed within 10 days of your request.

How to get your money back:

Write to vladimir@pavlunin.com (or use the form on the “Contact” page) with the subject “Refund”. Specify the email address used to place the order, the date of payment and, if available, the order number. You do not have to give a reason.
Within 1 business day, I confirm receipt of the request by a reply email.
The refund is processed via Robokassa to the same card or account from which the payment was made, no later than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. If a refund by the same method is impossible, the money is transferred to the bank details you specified in your request.
The bank usually credits the money within 1–5 business days after the refund is processed; the exact time depends on the bank. The purchase receipt is cancelled in accordance with the rules of Federal Law No. 422-FZ.

The amount is refunded in full: payment service and bank fees are not withheld from it. After the refund, the license to the product terminates.

If you change your mind before paying, simply close the payment page: no money is charged, and an unpaid order does not oblige you to anything.
