Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is a convenience translation. The Russian version of this document is the legally binding one.

By checking the box “I agree to the processing of my personal data” and submitting a form on the website https://pavlunin.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the operator — Vladimir Vladimirovich Pavlunin, self-employed (Russian Federation), Taxpayer ID (INN) 732590641535, Ulyanovsk, Russia (the “Operator”) — to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

This consent is executed separately from other documents of the site (Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

1. List of data

Name; company name; email address; phone number or Telegram username — if I provided them; message text — if I provided it; my answers to the AI Engineering Assessment questions — if the form is submitted after completing it.

2. Purposes of processing

• communicating with me regarding my inquiry;
• preparing and sending a report and recommendations based on the Assessment results;
• discussing possible cooperation and concluding a contract.

3. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — by a mixed method: with and without the use of automated means. The data is stored in a database located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. Transfer of data

The Operator does not transfer my data to third parties and does not entrust its processing to other persons, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.

5. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 1095 days, or until it is withdrawn.

I may withdraw my consent at any time — via the request form or by email to vladimir@pavlunin.com. After the withdrawal, the Operator stops the processing and destroys the data within 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless it has other lawful grounds for processing.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Policy.

The fact of consent is recorded in the consent log: consent type, version of this document, date and time, and the form in which the consent was given.
