Consent to Data Processing by Yandex Metrica
Version 2026-09-22 · effective from 2026-09-22
This is a convenience translation. The Russian version of this document is the legally binding one.
By clicking “Accept” in the cookie notice or checking “Analytics” on the cookie settings page of the website https://pavlunin.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, substantive, informed and conscious consent to the operator — Vladimir Vladimirovich Pavlunin, self-employed (Russian Federation), Taxpayer ID (INN) 732590641535, Ulyanovsk, Russia (the “Operator”) — to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
This consent is given separately from other documents of the site. The site works in full without it: refusing analytics does not restrict access to the materials, the Assessment or the forms.
1. List of data
Information about visits to the site collected by the Yandex Metrica service: the browser identifier in a cookie (_ym_uid and other Metrica cookies), IP address, information about the browser, operating system and device, language, screen resolution, addresses of the pages viewed and link clicks, the source of the visit to the site, date and time of the visit, technical events of the site (event name, step number, page identifier).
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and texts from the site's forms are not passed to Metrica.
2. Purpose of processing
Statistical analysis of site traffic: to understand which pages and materials are useful to visitors and to improve the site.
3. Actions with the data and method of processing
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, depersonalization, deletion and destruction — using automated means.
4. Processing on the Operator's instructions
The data is collected and processed on the Operator's instructions by YANDEX LLC (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1027700229193; 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, 119021) in accordance with the terms of use of the Yandex Metrica service. The data is processed in the territory of the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer takes place. The Operator receives only aggregated statistics from Metrica.
5. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid for 12 months from the moment it is given or until it is withdrawn. After this period expires, the cookie notice is shown again.
I may withdraw my consent at any time: on the cookie settings page, uncheck “Analytics” and save the choice — the counter stops loading starting from the next page. Metrica cookies that have already been set can be deleted in the browser settings. Consent can also be withdrawn via the request form or by email to vladimir@pavlunin.com.
6. Recording of consent
The choice is stored in the consent cookie together with the version of this document. The fact of consent or refusal is recorded in the consent log without visitor identifiers: consent type, document version, date and time. When the document changes, its version is updated and consent is requested again.
The terms of processing are also set out in the Personal Data Policy and the Cookie Policy.
