Architecture · Engineering Management · AI in SDLC

I work at the intersection of three areas — architecture, engineering management and AI tools. This intersection is usually exactly where the effect of adopting AI gets lost: one group of people buys the tools, another builds the processes, and a third is responsible for security.

My approach is an engineering one. First, understand how a task moves through your development cycle and where it waits. Then — what keeps AI from working at that stage: no context, no environment for agents, no rules, no metrics. And only then — the tools.

I don't sell subscriptions and I'm not tied to any model vendor. The result of my work stays with you: a documented architecture, a well-tuned process, a trained team.

Areas of expertise

20+ years in IT, architecture and engineering management.

  • AI Development Audit

An audit of how AI works across the entire development cycle — from requirements to delivery — with an adoption plan.

  • Coding Agents

Agents in the engineering process — tasks, context, an isolated environment, checks and review.

  • Legacy Modernization with AI

Modernizing legacy systems — recovering knowledge, tests, step-by-step migration with AI.

  • Architecture Audit

An independent architecture assessment — risks, growth constraints and well-founded decisions.

  • Platform Engineering

An internal developer platform — delivery pipeline, environments, standards and a foundation for AI agents.

  • Private / Local AI

AI inside a closed perimeter — local models, a gateway, data classification and security requirements.

Tell me what is happening with your development and what you expect from AI. I reply personally and suggest a format — a diagnostic, an audit or a consultation.
