This document explains in plain language what happens to your data on the website https://pavlunin.com. The legally significant terms of processing are set out in the Personal Data Policy.
In brief
- You can take the Assessment anonymously. We do not ask for contact details before showing the results. Answers are stored under a random identifier.
- Contact details only if you wish. You leave them if you want to receive a report or discuss a task, and you give separate consent for this.
- We collect the minimum. Name, company, work email. Phone or Telegram — optional.
- Contact details go nowhere. They are stored in our database on a server in Russia and are not transferred to third-party CRMs, mailing services or analytics systems. We encrypt database backups ourselves and store them in encrypted form on Yandex Disk — they cannot be read without our key.
- Analytics only with your consent. Yandex Metrica is enabled only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. This is a separate consent, and you can withdraw it in the cookie settings. Names, addresses, phone numbers and texts from forms are not included in analytics events.
- Your data can be deleted. Submit a request — we will delete your data and confirm it.

How long we keep it
Applications — no longer than 1095 days, unless we have started working together. Incomplete Assessments — 30 days. Depersonalized statistics events — about 13 months.
Your rights
You may request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Use the request form or write to vladimir@pavlunin.com.
