Software, AI and cloud for the devices you build

I'm Vladimir Pavlunin — a technology and software development leader with 20+ years in IT, architecture and engineering management. I help manufacturers and product teams turn hardware into complete products: mobile apps, device SDKs, AI features, cloud services — and a launch on the Russian market.

  • 20+ years in IT, software architecture and engineering management
  • End-to-end from requirements and architecture to release, support and growth
  • AI in production speech, translation, LLMs and agents in real workflows, not demos

What I work on

Seven directions, one engineering approach

Each direction is backed by architecture, delivery practice and AI tooling I use every day.

Experience

20+ years of building software and leading engineering

My background is architecture and engineering management: designing systems, building teams and processes, and bringing products to production. Over the last years my focus has been AI in the whole development cycle — from requirements to code, testing and delivery.

  • Architecture

System and integration architecture, platform engineering, technical decisions that survive growth.

  • Engineering management

Delivery process, quality, metrics and teams that ship predictably.

  • Applied AI

I run my own production pipelines with local speech recognition, speech synthesis and LLM agents — so I know where AI works and where it breaks.

  • Security by design

Data protection, access policies for AI agents, private and on-premise deployment when data must stay inside.

How cooperation starts

From the first call to a working product

The format and the commercial model are agreed for each project — nothing is fixed in advance.

  1. 01

    Introduction

A call in English or Russian. You tell me about the device, the product and the market; NDA if needed.

  2. 02

    Technical discovery

SDK, firmware interfaces, protocols, cloud and the scope of work — what exists and what has to be built.

  3. 03

    Proposal

Architecture, stages, timeline and the cooperation model that fits — fixed-price stages, a long-term contract or shared revenue.

  4. 04

    Prototype and development

A working prototype first, then development in short stages with regular demos.

  5. 05

    Launch and growth

Release, localization, support and new features — including the Russian market.

Next step

Building a device that needs software, AI or a market?

Tell me about your product and the kind of cooperation you are considering. I reply personally.
