The website https://pavlunin.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by: Vladimir Vladimirovich Pavlunin, self-employed (Russian Federation), Taxpayer ID (INN) 732590641535, Ulyanovsk, Russia. The Site contains information about services in software development, IT architecture and AI adoption, as well as materials and the AI Engineering Assessment self-diagnostic tool.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Informational nature
2.1. The materials on the Site are for information purposes only and do not constitute a public offer. The exception is the sale of digital products: its terms are set out in the Public Offer, and the procedure for payment, delivery and refunds is described on the “Payment, Delivery and Refunds” page. The terms for the provision of services are determined by a separate contract.
2.2. The results of the AI Engineering Assessment are an indicative diagnostic based on the user's answers. They do not constitute an audit, an expert opinion or a guarantee of any result.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, diagrams and other materials on the Site belong to the owner of the Site, unless otherwise stated. Quotation is permitted with a reference to the source.
4. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to: disrupt the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its administrative area or data, submit forms by automated means, or enter another person's personal data in forms without a lawful basis.
5. Liability
The Site and its materials are provided “as is”. The owner of the Site is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the Site's materials and Assessment results without separate contractual work.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Personal Data Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
7. External services and links
The Site may contain links to external resources (YouTube, Telegram and others). The owner of the Site is not responsible for their content or their data processing policies.
