Development of any complexity — from prototype to production system
I take on the whole job — requirements, architecture, code, tests, deployment — and deliver a system that runs in your production. The team works on the AI Development Platform: coding agents operating under an engineering process and a permission policy, exactly as shown in the episodes of my channel.
01 · What we build
Systems that run in production, not demos for a slide deck
Web services and APIs
Go, Python, Node. Backends, integration and public APIs, customer portals, admin panels. With tests, documentation and deployment.
Integrations and platforms
We connect systems — CRM, accounting, payments, external APIs — and build internal platforms: delivery pipelines, environments, shared services.
Legacy modernization
Recovering knowledge about the system, safety-net tests, step-by-step migration. No blind rewrites.
AI agents and automation
Agents and automations inside your processes — with corporate context, permission boundaries and human acceptance of the result.
Mobile and desktop clients
iOS, Android and desktop apps on top of a shared API — when the product needs a client, not just a service.
Architecture and audit
Designing a new system or an independent assessment of an existing one — before money is invested in it.
02 · Team
A team powered by the AI Development Platform
Code is written by engineers and coding agents — within one process, under one permission policy and one acceptance procedure. An agent doesn't invent the solution on its own, doesn't accept its own work and doesn't touch anything it isn't allowed to. You get the speed of agents without losing the control a production system requires.
- Project context — architecture, conventions, API contracts — lives in the repository and is available to both people and agents
- An Allow / Ask / Deny permission policy and a sandbox for every agent step
- Acceptance through tests and human review, not through a “done” from the model
- The same process as in the AI Development Starter Kit — you can review it before work starts
03 · How we work
One process for people and agents — from task to pull request
- Task
- Plan
- Approval
- Tests
- Code
- Review
- Security
- PR
-
step 01
Task
We define the outcome and the acceptance criteria. What counts as done is written down before work starts.
-
step 02
Plan
Breakdown, architecture decisions, risks, estimate. The client sees the whole plan.
-
step 03
Approval
Nothing is done without explicit approval of the plan — neither by a person nor by an agent.
-
step 04
Tests
Acceptance criteria are turned into tests before the code. Tests check the requirement, not the code that was written.
-
step 05
Code
Written by engineers and coding agents — in one repository, under the same conventions.
-
step 06
Review
Every change goes through human review. An agent never accepts its own work.
-
step 07
Security
Secrets, dependencies, permissions, attack surface — all checked before the merge.
-
step 08
PR
The result is a pull request with tests, a description and traceability back to the task — in your repository.
Terms of engagement
These are not promises but the rules every project follows. They are written into the plan and checked at every demo.
- Fixed stages — each has a deliverable, a deadline and a price before work starts
- A demo every week — we show a working system, not a progress report
- Code and documentation in the client's repository from day one — you can walk away at any moment without losing knowledge
- Traceability — every change leads back to a task, a plan and a review, including agent steps

Three ways to work together
Estimate and plan
Task analysis, an architecture solution, a breakdown into stages with estimates and risks. The result is a document you can take to us or to any other team.
- Terms
- Fixed price, one to two weeks
Turnkey project
From plan to production. Fixed-price stages, a demo every week, acceptance by tests and by the criteria written in the plan.
- Terms
- Paid by stage
Dedicated team
Engineers with the AI Development Platform inside your process — for a product that evolves continuously. Team composition and workload change month by month.
- Terms
- Monthly, one month minimum
I quote the price of stages and of a team month after the “Estimate and plan” stage — once the scope, risks and requirements are clear. A number given before the task is analyzed would be made up.

Questions and answers
The essentials in brief
How is this different from a regular development studio?
Process and transparency. Stages, acceptance criteria and price are fixed before we start, there is a demo every week, and the code and documentation live in your repository from day one. Coding agents speed up the work, but every change they make goes through tests and human review — just like the engineers' changes.
How complex a project can you take on?
From a prototype in a few weeks to a production system with integrations, high load and security requirements. If a task is beyond our expertise, I'll say so in the first conversation, not halfway through the project.
What stack do you work with?
The main stack is Go, Python and Node for services and APIs, PostgreSQL and SQLite for data, containers and delivery pipelines for deployment. Mobile and desktop clients are built on top of a shared API. If you already have a stack, we work in it when that makes sense.
Do agents write the code? Who is responsible for the result?
Code is written by engineers and coding agents within one process, and the team — not the model — is responsible for the result. An agent works within the permission policy, doesn't accept its own work and doesn't merge changes without human review. This is exactly the AI Development Platform practice the episodes of my channel are about.
How are timelines and cost fixed?
First comes the fixed-price “Estimate and plan” stage. Its result is a plan with stages, risks and an estimate for each stage. Further work goes in fixed-price stages or monthly with a dedicated team; a change in scope goes through a change of the plan, not through a surprise on the invoice.
What do I keep if we stop halfway?
Everything that has been done — code, tests, documentation, architecture decisions — is already in your repository, not with us. You can stop at the boundary of any stage without a hand-over.

Tell me about your project
What needs to be built, by when, and on what budget, if you already have one. I'll reply personally within one business day and suggest a format — an estimate, a turnkey project or a team.
- 01A short call: the task, the constraints, what already exists.
- 02I'll tell you honestly whether we take it on and in which format it makes sense to do it.
- 03If it makes sense to continue — a proposal with stages, timelines and price.
